The Course:

All races will be run at low tide on the hard-packed sands of Daytona Beach. The Two & Four Mile Races start and finish at the Main Street Pier.  Races will run north for half of the distance and return.

Entry Fees:

For Races and Fun Walk:

Mailed (postmarked) by March 14th - $20

On-line until March 20th* - $20

In person until March 22nd - $20

Day of race - $25

For Kid's Races:

First child - $10
Additional children in the same family - $7

*On-line fee will apply

Registration:

• By Mail: a completed entry form with a check by Friday, March 14th  to: (Check payable to) CODB Daytona Beach Leisure Services,
118 Cedar Street, Daytona Beach , Fl. 32114. Call us (386-671-3402) or print out an entry form  (PDF  format)


• On-line: Registration is open at www.active.com through Wednesday,  March 19th, 2008.


• In person: At the Leisure Services Office, 118 Cedar Street.  Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:45 pm  through Thursday, March 20th.  On Friday, March 21st  from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm at the Dickerson Community Center.


 On Race Day: Breakers Oceanfront Park, at the Main Street Pier starting at 10:30 am.

Shirt and Number Pick-Up:

Commemorative race shirts are guaranteed to all pre-registered runners.  Shirts are not guaranteed on day of race.  Shirt and number pick-up will take place at the Dickerson Community Center, on Friday, March 21st from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm and on race day at the Breakers Oceanfront Park,  from 10:30 am until 1:45 pm.  Beautiful commemorative shirts are guaranteed to all pre-registered runners.

Parking:

Parking is available in the Ocean Center Garage, at the Hilton Hotel, in metered spots on nearby city streets, and in private lots.

Awards:

Awards and prizes will be presented following the event.
